How to Use:

For best results, take daily. Everyone responds uniquely to different doses of CBD. We recommend experimenting with small doses to see how your body responds. Start slow at 10 mg to 20 mg, and then work your way up to determine which strength is right for you. Sublingual or under the tongue delivery absorbs in the body quickly. Most people notice results almost immediately, but for others it takes time. Some people have reported a noticeable difference after only taking 20 mg of CBD, while others required 50 mg to 80 mg to start feeling the benefits.

Each bottle comes with a graduated dropper, making it easy to measure the amount of hemp extract you’d like to use. Gently squeeze the rubber end to the desired amount and release under your tongue. Hold for approximately 30 seconds before swallowing. Note: One full dropper (1 mL) contains 17 mg of Full Spectrum Hemp Extract. As always, check with your doctor before you start any new supplement.
